仲秋忽聞桂花飄香 

                                     美人花樹

今年桂花早開，十月底，走在政大校園，不經意沒預料之間，忽然聞到樹間傳來濃郁的芳香，原來是睽違已久的桂花飄香了。

詩〈冷香滴落〉是十幾年前住挹翠山莊時寫的。那時節已是晚秋初冬時節，桂花香紅梅香齊飄 !  

記得早晨出門，走到大門口，有棵矮灌木桂花早已落了一地香，

搭上小公車，在拐彎處又看到紅梅花綻放，傳來淡淡的清幽香。

記得那時感到初冬的微寒，覺得很詩意的舒適感。

喜歡微微的寒意是唸女師時，詩社出遊，在合歡山上培養出來的寫詩感覺。漸漸已淡忘那那種微寒的詩意了…… 對詩意的失憶…… 深深懷念的詩意……

Cold Fragrance Dropping

Morning, there is always something to count

In front of me, so the cold fragrance of sweet olive (桂花別名)

Falling drop by drop...

In a blink of eyes, then dropping a fragrance grave

Just like the essence from diffuser, soothing and calming,

Which extracted by people, also

Having adapted to the modern time

Then turn around to the deserted vine-grass-garden

There is a cool-red plum tree—

A rare show of beauty with light fragrance

This cold posture, only show for herself

   By that hidden stream

   In someone’s courtyard

Because of no foil, beauty all belong to her

The reddish cold fragrance, 淡紅的冷香

Spreading out a tree of winter splendor, and   鋪展一樹冬之繁華

In the morning breeze, 晨風中

having one reddish fragrance falling seemingly  似乎有輕紅的香飄落

 Among the vines grass,  落在蔓草間

And the ground fragrance grave   貼地的香塚

Already having emitted from Lady Zhaojun’s lonely tomb

To the modern time   從昭君的孤墳香到現代
