School life is reckoned as a paramount process for a person. How to deal well with peers in school is not an easy task. We partially could reminisce there are still a gang of ruffians in the campus, they torment, bully, taunt, pester other classmates only for fun or other trivial reasons. Only if they were caught in the act, they would lead to a serious repercussion for taking responsibility for improper behaviors. I observe news release these days, not only problems between classmates but between teacher and student. An elementary school teacher taunted a student with a lot of name calling in class. The student’s parents felt apprehension about their child not willing to keep his mind on schoolwork or enjoy his friends, plus much more ruffled the teacher’s abuse while if all else fails, they decide to hold their tongues and sue the pants off of the bad teacher.

Physically punishment by teachers is ordinary common from the old school. But nowadays it is not suitable, even illegal. So teachers in school really must spend much more time and patience on students conduct. With no Confucius day this time the status of a teacher is not respectful than old days anymore.
