Today I’d like to discuss comic books. First of all I prior to display the differences among the three words, cartoon, animation, and comic books（or referred to manga）. Manga is used to describe the inanimate cartoons in comic books. When the manga characters are, what we say, “brought to life”, or animated and drawn with life-like movements, then they are referred to as anime or animation. As to cartoon, are included in where we mentioned above.

I’ve read comic books for years since I was a little child. I am actually a “manga” aficionado. The first comic books I have been ecstatic over is “Fist of The North Star”, followed by “Dragon Ball”, “JoJo's Bizarre Adventure”, “YuYu Hakusho”, ”Slam Dunk”, and all that jazz. I, for one, am fussy about the painting style what a cartoonist is eagerly to show. Just like “JoJo's Bizarre Adventure” and "One Piece", are both outstanding adventurous stories, the author's personal portrayal with salient character and fascinating spots, not only stands out from the rest but grabs all my attention. Nowadays a huge amount of comic books with variant genres are published around the world. There are Hong Kong style, American style, Japanese style you can find a dime a dozen and due to the powerful strength of cartoon, dozens of best-selling comic books are adapted for movie shooting. Comic books really play an important in my daily life. Never in a thousand years I would give up reading comic books.
