20、防治感冒

防止感冒prevent catching a cold。

經絡穴道法是:其下為重點。

(1)【大椎穴】(單):頸椎與胸椎相接處為穴位,藍色圈內刮痧

(2)【風池穴】(雙):頸椎上端兩旁為穴位,來回用力摩擦。

將一手向後背自然彎曲,緊貼于後頭部,與枕頭相接處向外兩側部,粗隆起處兩側【風池穴】(雙)。

每每感冒好了,又因變天再復感一次或二次,煩不勝繁。

所以,當您有感冒徵兆時,可依照下列;

幾個簡便的方法,達到快速截斷病邪的目的。

一、乾浴法:

用乾毛巾揉擦頭、面部,使其為流汗,控制感冒前驅症狀:

感冒在全身症狀出現之前,就有一些徵兆,如打噴嚏,鼻子發癢發酸,流清涕,頭昏或脖子發沉等

二、經絡穴道法是:

(1)【大椎穴】:

詳細說明大椎 Ta 4 Chui 1 (Pm14)

督脈 又名百勞。手三陽大腸、三焦、小腸。足三陽胃、膽、膀胱與督脈之會穴。

(主治)

1、感冒common cold

2、間歇熱aglid fever

3、肺氣腫pulmonary emphysema

4、肺結核tuberculosis

5、衄血epistaxis

6、嘔吐vomiting

7、黃痰jaundice

8、癲癇熱病covulsion caused by high fever。

(取穴)

1、正坐頸向前俯,於胸椎thoracic第一節之上陷中取之

2、頸椎cervical第七節之下陷凹中取之。

(方法)

1、放血。

2、針4~6分,灸10~20分鐘、灸3~5狀。

(應用)

1、大椎:主瀉胸中之熱:治五臟之發炎,全身之疼痛,風寒熱氣及氣短不言語。

2、大椎:為手足三陽與督脈之會穴,純陽主表,凡外感六浮之在於表者,皆能紓解治病。

3、大椎:全身治療必用穴。各種神經症有鎮靜作用,扁桃腺炎,一切寄生蟲有特效。

4、溫瘧疾:在發作前2~3小時前,先刺1大椎、並灸2~3狀,2針間使、3後谿。

5、尿毒症,全身浮腫、昏迷不醒:1、先針、後灸大椎。2、百會,使清醒嘔吐止,再行治療。

6、流行性感冒、熱高39度以上: (1)先針大椎,2小時內既退熱,頭痛、鼻塞、流涕亦可消退。6~15小時可正常。

如在 2~4小時內又發作。出現頭痛咳嗽、食慾不振時,加刺(2)足三里、(3)合谷、(4)內關。既癒。

7、小兒中暑、神昏不語、四肢厥冷:針1大椎。2中脘。3氣海。

8、高血壓:針1百會。2通天。3後頂。4絡卻。5大椎。6合谷。7足三里。

(方法)

豪針切指法進針:沿皮向後斜針刺:1百會、2通天、3後頂各三分,4絡卻沿皮刺四分、5大椎直刺八分、6足三里針一吋、7合谷針一吋。

每兩天針一次。

9、感冒劇熱,局部疼痛,用梅花針在大椎穴及周圍行點刺法。

10、肺炎:主要穴1大椎、2陶道、3風門、4肺俞、5尺澤。

次要穴:1合谷、2列缺、3太淵。

補助穴:1膏盲、2豐隆、3曲池、4手五里、5委中。




(2)【風池穴】

風池 Feng1 Chih2 (g-20)足少陽膽經。


手少陽三焦、足少陽膽經、陽維脈、陽蹻脈之會穴。

【部位】

在腦空之後部,髮際之陷凹處。

【主治】

1、一切腦疾病cranial disease。

2、眼睛疾病eye disease。

3、耳鼻疾病。

4、咽喉疾病throat disease。

5、半身不遂hemiplegia。

6、腰痛lumbago。

7、神經衰弱neurasthenia。

8、迷失神經與副神經異常abnormal funtion of vagus nerve and accessories nerve。

【取穴】

正坐,手指按取腦空直下,到達後頭骨直下,之陷凹處是穴位。

【解剖】

在胸鎖乳突肌和斜方肌,停止部的凹陷中,深層為頭肌;有枕動脈、靜脈分支;佈有枕小神經之支。

【方法】

在左邊下針時,針尖向右眼方向直進,深度是情形而定,約0.5~1.5寸。灸之效果較差。在右邊下針時方法同。

【應用】

1、風池穴是三焦、膽經、陽維、陽蹻四脈之會穴。風池乃風之池。

2、風池是治頭風。中風C.V.A.的特效穴。運用上實症用針,虛症用灸。

3、凡肢體搖晃、不穩,頭目眩暈,其因多屬肝、膽而起。故針刺風池穴是必用穴。

4、頭部諸疾。眼梢角痛。血虛頭痛。腰背疼痛。背屈身俯。肘力不收;當用風池穴針刺。

5、習慣頭痛;針風池、配大杼、合谷、申脈。用誘導反射刺激法。可旺盛該部血液運行。鎮靜神經之功用。

6、『預防中風』

   prevent C .V .A.。風池穴是必用穴。中風是一種常見突然昏倒fainting的緊急疾病。

   「症兆」:在發病之前,每有先兆,劉元素說過:「凡人大拇指及次麻木不仁,或手指不管用,肌肉蠕動者,三年內必有大風至」。

   「先兆」:一般人發病之前,常有全身不適,頭重足輕,時發頭暈dizziness,皮膚麻木,手指足趾,末端麻木,舌強口吃。等不定徵候時。就要注意預防。

   『預防治療』:是針、是灸、指壓、刮痧、拔罐。下列穴位。

   (1) 先灸百會穴10壯,繼灸風池、肩井、曲池、風市、足三里、懸鐘等穴,每穴10~20壯。

   (2) 灸治秩序:雙穴位時,男生先灸左側,次灸右側。兩天灸一次,四次為一療程,中間休息十天,灸後宜謹避風寒。

7、高血壓症hypertension;凡有頭痛、眩暈。之高血壓症者。

   『治療』    (1) 先以三稜針,刺十宣、大敦、至陰,使其出血。

   (2) 再用豪針,刺上星2分向上沿皮針,太陽穴直刺5分,風池直刺5分,風府4分,頭維向上沿皮刺4分,大椎直刺3分,合谷5分。

   (3) 方法:捻針、轉針、提插,用輕瀉手法,留針30分鐘,隔日針一次。

   (4) 第二次治療時,十宣、大敦、至陰,等穴不再用。

8、單性性結膜炎conjuntivitis;針刺風池讚竹睛明太陽合谷光明用中等刺激法。

9、瘧疾malaria:針刺風池、環跳、間使。

10、傴僂(脊椎彎屈):針刺風池穴、配懸鐘穴。

six ways to prevent catching a cold

In winter, just when you think that you have recovered from a cold, you might catch colds time and again when weather changes. Hence, next time as you experience the symptoms of a cold, follow the methods below which will help you to get well soon.

1) Before you actually catch a cold, some symptoms show such as sneezing, itchy nose, running nose, dizziness, heaviness at the neck and so on.

   Method: Put one arm behind your head tightly. Massage hard on and around fong-tsi pressure point .

2) Soak your feet with hot water

   No matter a cold is caused by virus or other reason; feeling cold (either at outdoors or during sleep) tends to be the primary reason for catching a cold. So, one way to prevent a cold is to get hot till your body sweats.

   Soak your feet with hot water and you will sweat throughout your body.

   Method: Fill a big bowl (or other container) with water with a temperature around 43*C and soak both feet in it. Keep water temperature around 42*C throughout the soaking process and do it for ten minutes. Then, you will perspire.

3) Home-made ginger drink

   Recipe: Fresh ginger about 5 ~ 10 slices. Some brown sugar and water. Boil water with brown sugar in it first.

   Add fresh ginger slices into the boiling water and let it return to a boil (approximately ten minutes). Drink this ginger drink while it*s hot.

   Effect: It makes your flesh sweat and you can say good-bye to your cold.

4) Massage (with a porcelain spoon or china tea cup) on your back

   Effect of massage is to smoothen blood circulation.

   When you (or have someone helps you) massage with a porcelain spoon or tea cup on your back, it helps balance your ying-yang chi inside your flesh.

   After you massage using this method, the skin on the massage area would usually become bruise-like. As a matter of fact, during this time, this part of your body is actually repairing itself.

5) Gargle using salt water and drink tea regularly

   Tea contains some sort of acid which kills bacteria or freezes bacteria activity. Thus, drinking tea strengthens our vitality.

   In the season (for catching colds), bring some salted dried fruit (like plum or olive) with you when you enter the public place. It helps!

6) Wash hands frequently

   During observations, doctors have discovered healthy individuals will be affected by cold virus after they shake hands with people (sick with a cold) or touch objects which have been in contact with people (sick with a cold).

   These cold viruses can live and survive for as long as 70 hours on the hands of healthy individuals. Consequently, washing hands can block the channel where cold viruses can spread it vices.
