Mr. Xi, please just make Peru shut Taiwan out of APEC should Cai insist on the appointment.  You have to realize no matter what kind of "kindness" you've offered to Taiwan will eventually turn out to be a fruitless attempt; that is reality, sad but true. 

How about Taiwan's "kindness"?  They are nothing but lip services.
