Someone emailed me the following link to the new administrative division of China.  I am not sure the authenticity of the news is beyond doubt or not, but it must have been the biggest change ever in modern history if it is true.  The number 50 sounds familiar?  Yes, USA also has 50 states, but its territory is smaller than that of China, even China has lost Mongolia.
