無道人之短，無說己之長。Never gossip about others shortcomings; never boast of your specialities.
施人慎勿念，受施慎勿忘。Dont remember after rendering favors; dont forget after receiving them. 世譽不足慕，惟仁為紀綱。 Never mind the mundane reputation; but always act with benevolence. 隱心而後動，謗議庸何傷？Be well thoughtful before action, pay no attention to libels. 無使名過實，守愚聖所臧。Dont enjoy the exaggerated fame; modesty will make you welcome. 在涅貴不淄，曖曖內含光。Like in a black gem, its light shines from inside. 柔弱生之徒，老氏誡剛強。Weakness may be the fittest; Lao admonishes us against aggressiveness. 行行鄙夫志，悠悠故難量。Everybody has their own thoughts, which are not easily judged. 慎言節飲食，知足勝不祥。Cautious in words and diet, contented in what youve had. 行之苟有恆，久久自芬芳。If you practice them constantly, fragrance will always be there. PS. If I remember correctly, the motto is a selection of Chinese Language in my junior high or senior high.
