I hate to see media in Taiwan call the team of Taipei City Hall as a mini cabinet.  But it comes again, so disgusting!

Such a mindset is the reflection of self-aggrandizement hidden pathetically under a rump state or a state with partial sovereignty.  

FYI, the other disgusting terms to me are 全國 and 中央.
