I happened to read a piece of news on TV yesterday that Japan had granted the inbound travellers from four countries as the first-round reopening since the ban on foreign traveller after the outbreak of Coronavirus.  Cai and DPP administration must feel very disappointed that the permit from their daddy did not grant to those Jap worshippers from Taiwan.

Well, I estimate that Japan will further grant permission to other countries, but Taiwan will not be on the list unless China Mainland has been granted.  Most optimisstically, China Mainland and China Taiwan would get the permit simultaneously.  (You know, China Mainland has had no more confirmed domestic cases added by now, like Taiwan has long boasted of.)
