The other day the "minister" of Ministry of Defence called on "peace is precious" at Legislation Yuan in response to the interrogation of how to react towards a non-official report that Chinas Mainland could only use her long-ranged rockets to paralyse Taiwans defence.  The contributor of the report, Mr Xi Yazhou(席亞洲), later said he felt extremely flattered becuase of his "verbal attack and military intimidation" that had made Taiwan flustered. 

Actually Mr Xis observation on the military comparison is based on his long-time professional analysis, which is much more reliable than his counterparts in Taiwan.  Now Mr Xi gave another report "以岛制海" in discussing the advantage and disadvantage that China has had in the potential military conflicts between China and America, especially in the area of South China Sea.
