In the wake of the successful Moon/Kim talk between two Koreas, some Taiwan media suggested a similar talk could be arranged between Wonky Cai and President Xi.  Report said Cai did response to the call that under the conditions of "principle of eguality" and "no political prerequisites are set", she would like to meet Xi.  If it is true, that is the funniest joke I heard of this year.  Is she qualified to have such a meeting?  Does she deserve it?  Please see following report at: http://www.guancha.cn/local/2018_04_29_455285.shtml
