Forever Young永遠年輕是Bob Dylan鮑勃迪倫的一首歌曲，於1973年錄製。

2008年時，Bob Dylan 邀請 Paul Rogers 是否能依照Forever Young的歌詞，以此發想做出繪本，讓小朋友們可以閱讀。

這首歌是迪倫為1966年出生的長子傑西Jacob Dylan創作的一首搖籃曲，表達了一位父親對孩子堅強快樂的期盼。

歌曲開頭是“願上帝保佑你，守護你 / 願你的願望成真”，與《民數記》中牧師的祝福詞遙相呼應。”。

民數記 6:24-26 『願耶和華賜福給你，保護你。 願耶和華使他的臉光照你，賜恩給你。 願耶和華向你仰臉，賜你平安。』。

美國的新英格蘭有一個由資深人士組成的合唱團名叫 Young@Heart，團員的平均年齡是81歲，四處巡迴演唱，還到監獄裡為服刑的犯人演唱，其中一首曲子就是這首Forever Young永遠年輕， 感動了許多人。

2011年10月19 日，諾拉瓊斯Norah Jones在史蒂夫賈伯斯Steve Jobs的追悼會上現場演唱了鮑勃迪倫Bob Dylan的永遠年輕。
