Leaf drawn from PAge reads Age - which seems to me
leaves no fire of desire to double you.
Yet if with ‘W’ rich WAge we see,
stitched Glove won’t turn the Page away or sue.
So if this be, he still has art to sue,
and to my hand he art may add I’ll be
True hand in glove beneath love’s skies so blue,
wage not war, wear, nor flee, - free wear your fee

The Letter
'If that from Glove you take the letter G.,
Then Glove is Love and that I send to thee.'

The Reply:
If that from Page you take the letter P.,
Then Page is age, and that won’t do for me.
