Do you prefer to work independently or with someone else?

 I like to work with others . First , I think team-work can create the productivity . As the  saying goes " two are better than one " , especially in my industry . I work at software house, any projects need different skill and knowledge , as you know  , no one can learn all aspects , even if you are an all-around person . We have to group all guys who know something we need. Another reason I think just few people have patient to keep going . You may give up if you just one person do something. If you have some partners who have the same targets ,  not just enhance the effect and capability  , you can discuss the issues with others , we feel more comfortable 

 What are the advantages and disadvantages of working independently ? 

Let me talk advantages first . First and Foremost ,  We needn't consider motion or feeling of others , because these reflection maybe are negative , which maybe diminish  the power . Furthermore , we don't take care many suggestions , as you know , too many thinking may decrease the speed of progresses . If the guys are very subjective and you do not use his /her advances , maybe let him/her feel uncomfortable..

On the other hand, collaborating is power, even if you have very strong skills, it is very difficult to finish everything by yourself. Mans’ power is limit, we have to utilize the skills of everyone .  For example  , you cannot build MRT by yourself , can you ?

What might be the difficulty of working with someone else ?

Communication  is the most part I think. As you know , saying is not equal to listening . Language is a big problem , even though we use same words ,  but the meaning maybe not be same. Even if you use the same language . Furthermore , sometimes you deem that you had illustrated your meaning very clearly , but others cannot understand .

Do you think teamwork is always essential ?

Yes, I think so . No one can finish all jobs because our power are not omnipotent. Even the singers , they need the orchestras, the composers and other guys to co-work.

What can a company do improve its employee’ motivation to work hard?

I think , first of all , they have to satisfied the basic need of human . At least , the companies have to provide the enough salary let us can live free from care. Then again , they have to respect the staffs because they create the benefit for them. Last and not least , they have to give their employee a dream. Why I say that ? As the saying goes “People are great when they have a dream”. You will do your best if you have a dream.

Do you think the significance of friendship?

Friendship is very important , not just for human , you see the animals like dogs or lions  , most of them live together . Anyone need this even if you enjoy alone. It's very terrible that you cannot find anyone who heard your saying if you need someone to discuss or just listen to you. There are so many people cannot find friends , so they own dogs or cats to company them and listen their motion.

What qualities do you think real friendship should have?

 I think real friendship build  on no conditions . As you know , some fellow make friend with you just for something , for example they want to sell you some products or they want others , it is bed because if the relationship mix ulterior motive ,  it is so  sorrowful.
