S I M P L E    L O V E
 
 
                      What does the little child know
 
                                               Of Love?
 
                                                Nothing！
 
                                  
                                             But consider
 
                                 The little one in pure innocence
 
                                   Is able to give of him or her
 
                                                 Completely
 
                                    Body, mind, heart and soul.
 
                                  Is this not what pure love is?
 
                                     Why have we lost this gift?
 
                                              Of ourselves?
 
                                           Really, it is not lost
 
                                              In our way of life
 
                                           We restrain ourselves
 
                                                   Of course
 
                                     And so our gift becomes buried.
 
                                               But one sees it
 
                                    In another’s eyes now and then.
 
                                            Are others able to see it?
 
                                               In our own eyes?
 
                                                   We hope so.
