“Please don’t hurt me!”

Stepping into the great nature, we can hear

 Such callings of the great nature

With the passage of time

Such callings are keener and keener

“We are all elements of the earth

And we should coexist and support each other

Why are human beings entitled to hurt me?”

The great nature pursues the question:

“Actually, it does you no good if we are hurt

Isn’t it so? You’ve hurt

The earthworm, tiller of the great nature

And the soil becomes dead soil, which is bad for crops

Does this do you any good?

Isn’t it so? You’ve hurt

The glowworm wandering with lanterns in the night

And the beautiful night scenery is marred

Does this do you any good?

Of course no good. You’ve hurt

The frog catching pests for you

Thus plant diseases and insect pests, and crops are hampered

Does this do you any good?

Of course no good. You’ve felled

Lush and green trees

And oxygen is reduced in your life

Water and soil conservation is not guaranteed

In case of a bigger rain, there is a flood and earth flow

Does this do you any good?

And, waterhead pollution, air pollution …

Does this do you any good?

Questions after questions, callings after callings

From field, grassland, mountains, running water

With the passage of time

The voice is louder and louder, more and more lamentable

Is it that the great nature is overbullied by human beings?

       大自然的心聲    許其正

「請不要傷害我！」

走進大自然裡，到處可以聽到

大自然這樣的祈求心聲

而且隨著時間的推移

這心聲越來越急切

「我們都是地球上的一份子

本來就應該和平共存，相互扶持

你們人類有什麼權力傷害我？」

大自然接續不停地提出質疑：

「其實，傷害了我對你們同樣不利

不是嗎？你們把

蚯蚓這大自然的耕夫傷害了

土地變成死土，種不好農作物

對你們有什麼好處？

不是嗎？你們把

夜間提燈遊逛的螢火蟲傷害了

那美麗的夜景沒有了

對你們有什麼好處？

不是嗎？你們把

為你們捕捉害蟲的青蛙傷害了

造成病蟲害，影響農作物收成

對你們有什麼好處？

不是嗎？你們把

碧綠的樹木砍伐了

你們生命中最需要的氧氣減少了

水土保持沒可擔當的了

雨稍下大一點便土石流不斷，洪水橫流

對你們有什麼好處？

還有，水源污染、空氣污染……

對你們有什麼好處？」

質疑聲聲，祈求心聲聲聲

發自田野、草原、高山、流水

而且隨著時間的推移

越來越急切，聲音越來越大越悲傷

會是它被人類欺壓太過了嗎？
