Dear brother Andrew, 

Greetings in the Lord and thankful for His mercy and grace and abundant blessings he has been showering over the Taiwanese Congregation at CCCNJ. 

Thanks for your invitation to partake in this very exciting and meaningful thanksgiving service. I certainly would try my best to come to share the joy with you all. The problem is that I have a scheduled Church Council Meeting on the same day at 1:00 pm. We did try to have it reschedule but was unsuccessful. It is the pre-General Assembly meeting, thus, is rather important for my presence. 

In case I cannot be there personally to congratulate you, I do want to hereby, as well as on behalf of the congregation of the Church of Living Grace, to extend our blessings and the best wishes to you. 

May our gracious and faithful Lord God continue to bless you with grace, wisdom, and strength and that you will press on with peace & joy!
