[why my notebook screen suddenly turned black twice ?] 

[came back on its own with i click KB keys. before it turned black i deleted the fraud email that pretended Geek Squad, Inc sent bill $288.81 for ordered GuardianMatrix Elite, quantity 4.]

[it is 1st time happened to me and right after i google searched whether it is fraud email then followed suggestion to delete the email. and it happened twice.]

[thanks. and i knew defender would showing 0 threats. myself suffering file explorer, data files, bank website frequently seemed switch to different versions. and no way to prove it that the whole MS updated made it impossible to identify the real problem is. any way thank you for help me calm down]

[that is the key that i didnt insatll onedrive as i knew no good to me but lost new/modified data files by auto SYNC problem. the screenshots works if small area not the longer screen (bank website) the worst download screenshots files would be auto disappeared too when file explorer daily auto switched versions] 

--8/23/2026 AI tried to convince me my pc didnt infect virus. but might cause the weird switch different versions.  however it did mental abuse my brain especially felt be punished and money stolen.

[didnt see green checkmark icon , already turned off remembering preferences and my apps.]        -- a small green checkmark overlay on a file or folder icon means the item is fully synced to cloud storage like OneDrive.

[already did 1 and 2 . one of data file was auto disappeared recently and i have been suspect MS seems set a counter if the data file daily opened or sometimes modified then auto disappeared happened.]

--AI answeared it was reverse. but i did suffered file on demands and frequently used data files disappeared serious problems.

[i didnt install any companies anti-virus except MS defender however one of app seemed binded with McAfee that can found in device manager shows McAfeeswitch , McAfeeintegrationDriver Device, should i uninstall it, and what driver embeded McAfee ?]

--i used device manager to verify Disk drives is NVMe 高速盘 or not then noticed [McAfeeswitch , McAfeeintegrationDrive] in the beginning thought related to  Lenovo Vantage or Lenovo Service Bridge but turned out not related.

--if Lenovol offered the McAfee link then i never click it as in the old time i had hard time to kick off McAfee , IObit and spouse installed OPERA browser (free version) . this year spouse was hyper told me OPERA provided uninstall function and he installed in his pc to watch video shows. so later days i installed. i felt usa made browsers seemed involved to control my pc or they created Devil AI-type. better has foreign country made browser if only if can uninstall when bad things happen need to identify problem comes from. 

later he suffered malicious popped up yutube (x window) need to update  he clicked then popped up [create account] window occupied full screen , i helped him solve it. by uninstall he wont listen to me reinstalled IObit and OPERA with reasons.

[when i click [device manager shows McAfeeswitch , McAfeeintegrationDriver Device] properties, showed 4/22/2026 that remember my notebook got trouble april-may, 2026 . when i clicked view all events then redirect to [ event Viewer , windows defender , operational] listing all MS defender running dates. is it normal or suspecious ?]

now my questions is if it caused bank website switched versions by McAfeeswitch , McAfeeintegrationDriver, then who stole our money from bank, investment company binded old versions ? i told spouse this year our investment stocks suddenly showed 5 in stead been 4 (for quite long while) but it back to 4, also felt i did transfer from checking to savivings at least 4 times in this year but only showed 2. i am going to review old statements to find out.

8/23/2026 the malicious auto switch versions made me cant trust any usa company more than ever including utilities company and ISP which auto changed service period and amount. 

now there is Google Chrome popped up 3 [confirm you are not a robot] windows in visited sohu.com again. earlier happened by Google request [login] when i searched and asked questions, certainly i ignored and immediately changed to baidu search. you see what i mean ? cant tell whether it popped up fraud wondow to steal user name and password.

it reminds me after spouse retired, several years later received the company(J.P. Morgan Chase) mailed to request spouse return overpaied salary, we ignored then next year received again, we  worried might be punished by increase late and interest charged so did pay what the letter asked the amount by mail check. due to his boss already quit after spouse and moved to California cant find out what is going on. i was quite angry that we paied for 2015 taxes cant get refund if the company overpaied.

this time we ignored receiving medical group declared [there is a balance in your account] email by google searched that all point out fraud email and dont answear, dont click any link, or call the company to confirm. the problem that company shut down and their buildings included hospital and doctor office sold out to another company.
