8/15/2026 more and more cant endure MS updated caused dizaster and felt being abused forever...
searched [did many people lots complaint MS updated cause auto zoom in, auto popped up this and that, cursor freeze or random move... ?]

Change the Mouse Wheel Setting

Open a new tab in Firefox, type about:config into the address bar, and press Enter.

Click the warning button that says Accept the Risk and Continue.

In the search bar at the top of the page, type: mousewheel.withcontrol.action (if you use Windows/Linux) or mousewheel.with_meta.action (if you use a Mac).

--8/15/2026 due to already disabled any zoom related in windows settings so create [ mousewheel.withcontrol.action] by select [number not default Boolean] , typed 3  then click [+]

it didnt help then repeated change [3] to [1] which same happened only work short time, in the end change to [0] which works longer still wont solve the zoom in problem but reduced zoom in and auto reduced cursor random move

during my reading sohu.com news i felt it was target at by Google Chrome auto popped up malicious adv. same as happened to udn recently such as during report MS updated caused dizaster. 

it just happened after copypaste [ ...common update issues...] then the whole screen freezed cant but re-create again here.

sucessfully then the previous posted show-up. now i deleted the 1st posted.  have no idea when such updated serious bugs would end or worse to worst.

8/19/2026 searched [can i stop windows input experiences ?] ps i did but always auto returned, in the past once end the process it stopped but not this year.

You cannot fully delete or permanently disable the Windows Input Experience (TextInputHost.exe), because it is a core system component. It manages essential tasks like your keyboard, mouse inputs, emoji panel, and touch keyboard. Stopping it completely can break basic system controls.

--it is screen mouse cursor auto random move or freezed, already ended Intel processes except one forbid, ended Lenovol Fn related and others except battery related. which did help a bit.  but still painfully suffering so the only criminal is [ Windows Input Experience] that already suspect to collect and control user mouse and touchpad as one of punish threaten weapons. 

How to Restart or Manage It:

Restart the process: Open the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc), find Windows Input Experience, right-click it, and select End task. Windows will automatically restart it cleanly.

Disable touch features: If you do not use a touchscreen or tablet mode, you can disable the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service via services.msc to reduce background overhead. [1, 2]

--it wont work as MS malicious mind many websites seemed has its rules that sometimes must use touchpad sometimes only mouse can work ie must have both. it became horrible and inconviently especially for seniors wont remember but trial errors. it also happened in last 2 months after MS updated.

Turn off typing suggestions: Go to Settings > Time & Language > Typing (or Devices > Typing) and turn off spelling and text suggestions to lower resource use. [1]

--already turned off but [Typing , typing insights also turned off] now did [Advanced keyboard setting , language bar options ] uncheck boxes. to me i would try disable all new auto default setting by MS updated. they all are poisened to abuse users.

so far it seems working. Correct: 5:52pm cant move cursor happened again. a piece of junk O.S.
