8/4/2026 before 2024 didnt have timezone problem bother me until black screen and was installed by MS helper caused a dizaster, later frequently happened to PC bottom task bar date and time were auto changed then Netgear router DDoS attacked recording also didnt match our local time that became difficult to catch when did it happen unless manual convert the time zone that became a exhausted jobs, this year happen to our investment company that showed last login not our local date and time. i did call our ISP, router company, investment company none of them will tell me how to fix it or explain why cant change wrong date and time. 

until today finally searched the answear that might related to Windows Internet Time server so follows the suggestion as : control panel, clock and region , date and time select set the time and date, Internet time, click change settings 
checked SYNChornize with an internet time sever 
Server : time.nist.gov  (not time.windows.com) , Update now, OK
Windows will instantly talk to the server and fix your clock.   not need to restart your PC.
--i have no confidence can solve the problem. however when i relogin to investment company it didnt show [last login] but login and still not our local time zone. but i can click [login] which shows history of login records that is correct time zone and can be accepted.

i like Netgear but for the recorded use wrong time zone made me lose interesting to buy ever again.

--from my view obviously investment company might incorrect (UTC - 6:00, now is August 4, 2026 09:51 PM, but invest company showed August 5, 2026 01:49 AM, this is why spouse suspect GMT not UTC-4). that now is not winter but summer . i saw the news master decided cancel winter but summer. master didnt realize americans are very poor at mathematics, better cancell winter and summer but standard clock. what a messy and not smart to fix the problem totally and once for all.

earlier after returned home from the store, i called Nicor to verify whether i successfully  update the 2 houses new credit card. she answeared yes and remind me 8/28 $27.89 need manual to pay the fee. i told her i already scheduled on 8/28 (website provided calendar) but received [Thank you for your payment!] made on 08/06/2026, 真是无语 and this time proved company can auto changed they sent the email which received email showed [Payment Date 08/28/2026] auto became 08/06/2026.
