| 2/7-2/8/2026(not 2/2 which we went to the house paied community fee by check at 10am found office was not open put into the mail box on the wall, found package in our front door and replaced battery, everything looks no prblem left at 11:25am (went shopping Hmart the receipt showing 11:42am only bought 3 tofu, 1 korean radish and 1 napa cabage) so didnt pay attention to water company sent email at 2/4 7:57am and phone called 2:13pm with voice messages 2:14pm until 2/6 late evening 9:55-10pm read water company sent email dated on 2/4 and voice message. at 10:04pm called water company emergency 2 times and wait calling back till 2/7(12:15am 7:04am) called again that confirmed they wont response till monday so went to the house see how badly is, returned home fell slept then waked up at 6:07pm called water company about whether or how can get trusted company listing that water company accept their report and may negociate water bill if intruder did bad thing but cant tell any, 8:04pm called community police, then 2/7-2/8) searched as many as i could find help and suggestions, spouse contact 3 companies to get appointments. the good news water valve already turned off on 2/4 1pm who left note and a free pill with manual to verify whether toilet is leaking purpose:
