入境人士如何使用支付宝？

--i am more interesting how to apply 境外人士通过「下载支付宝App后绑定境外银行卡」（外卡内绑）以及「直接使用境外电子钱包扫支付宝二维码」（外包内用）and what certificates required except passports, driver licence, and cellphone & number, Visa or Mastercard credit cards which do i need confirm with our bank and can i use it to pay 360doc - like (if China still have similar 360doc app company existing). does cellphone has minimum requirement, i heard some china people bought apple old versions and maybe apple 6 plus and apple es can be accepted ?

without AI helper i would never succeed backup my files from C: to D:(external storage device), i am glad by Google search got helps especially the last AI (has plenty Cloud experiences and knowledge) especially i was in very bad mood and hezitate to select manufacture recovery that could be permanent solve why i got so many weird things happen to my HD data files as very likely didnt install correctly then blackscreen...(ps dont want to hurt those did try help solving black screen)  in the beginning suspect  unknown person who definitely knew us and living next to us but target at and abuse me ...every time went out carried my notebook, tried very hard lock my bedroom before sleep but not succeeded as frequently fell into sleep without knowing so didnt in time lock the door.....now thru AIs finally made me understood the whole truth and why -- didnt learn win11 well and why changed so much has reasons such as much fast and not necessary to buy huge size HD internal an external storge devices (sorry so far that all i knew).

today finally did backup PC HD sucessfully at least if file on demands happen in PC HD i wont suspect hacker or received blackmail fraud guy who declared has all our personal informations will expose dark websites and destroy my HD, storage devices.... finally with AI help i walk out the ghost virture environment i live for so many years (since 2007 Aug). all caused by not spent time to know high tech design structure(MS windows OS).

PS i also got quite good one (the last 2nd AI) who wanted help me to perform manufacture recovery, i really do want it if my data files succeed backup before perform manufacture recovery that can fix pc HD right in the beginning (re-install manufacture win11 23H2 or 22H2) version in stead win10(in 2025 helper made mistake so HD still win10 mix with win11 that caused system not solid stable as 不定时炸弹, spouse has same PC a bit different model(i have 8GB memory, he has 16GB) no mixed with win10, pc is entertainment not for working so let MS updated everything, didnt happen bad things or he didnt know as hardly use notepad, didnt save many data files. except when got black screen hit i used his notebook the helper made mistook forgot he did to spouse not mine PC... i spend 1-2 weeks solved his pc screen deadly popped up iobit sreen (triggered by helper installed partial win10 or else) which cant close.

last night after waked up suppose do with last 2nd AI backup then manufacture recovery but my hezitate (was very afraid after back to manufacture original win11 23H2 then either manually update to 24, 25H2, however both AI did confirm MS windows would auto updated in my case-like. the problem is MS updating still installed those already found bugs and later corrected versions. however i am still thinking to do manufacture recovery after verified all files bavkup. since knew win10 in HD better remove it to reduce in the future bad things happen repeatedly. 

ps searched [in 2024 Lenovo win 11 version is 22H2 or 23H2 in xxx] most likely running Windows 11 version 23H2

ps the previous AIs lost connection after PC restart or some how the chat screen disappeared (it maybe uncarefully touched X closed it, but AI thought my system was very unstable caused it, not just chat screen, also happened to visit webbsites suddenly explore or certain websites auto closed. the last 2nd AI taught me by pin tab the  screen chat. 

--however the pintab survived  only that pinned tab browser is the last one closed if have multiple different browser opened such as in my case private(other visited websites tabs such as bank, news, baidu), normal (only one pinned tab chat screen, to reduce conflict and else) this may not bring you to the same AI chat with you but you might can see the earlier chat on screen.

ps searched [in 2025 blackscreen victims got MS helper re-install MS window, didsome suffering was installed win10 23H2 in stead win11 so win10 mixed win win11 caused system very unstable ?]
