Astound freaky complex system to make bloody money or stole clients money or designer and workers are very poor mathematics background or else?

2/2/2026 spent whole 2 nights and some day time found the following : 2/2/2026 busy to find out Astound auto changed already paied transactions amount, finally credit card company partially recovered history transactions. which showed 6/10/2025 paied $39.47 and 6/11/2025 $35.48. Astound showed : 06/11 Payment Received - Thank You! -25.48 CR. then it reminds me frequently after paied it was disappeared then cant but paied again. so searched [suspect astound has 2 versions and very likely duplicate paied same month different amounts, isnt Astound can easily stealing my money by switch different version frequently?] and [it also happened to property taxes and other companies that already paied but disappeared then paied again (sometimes didnt know till too late found payment disappeared was forced to pay late fee and penalty). isnt caused by different versions switched ?] Yes,issues where property taxes appear as paid, then disappear, and are demanded again are often caused by technological, system-versioning, and data integration errors. it described as "lost" or "disappearing" payments, occurs because of : System "Version" Upgrades & Data Merging, Misapplied Payments, "Ghostly" Glitches. the problem is pity clients are foreced to pay late fee and penalty while government wont admit such bad things happen more and more. the worst i been thru is over paied or duplicate and the wosrt is Astound knew it but didnt solve or negociate to find out why their system auto changed prepaied amounts and more and more. why auto delete client download and screenshot data files (tried to wipe off all evidence)? Astound Broadband has been known to have complex billing issues, including cases where payments are not immediately recognized, resulting in higher subsequent bills or erroneous late fees..... several years ago already found my major bank history transactions amount auto changed, the 1st bank was charter one which sold to USBank and after 2013 my major bank. the weird is never got refund but money stolen. it is not foreign countries hackers did to usa but indoors companies moles did to clients. master forbid victims to sue companies. i wonder master as businessman and was sued beofre (not sure after he won the 1st term president then stop (or not) which not included his politic related.
