Why do people always break precepts?

There are usually four causes:
1. Ignorance
2. Full of troubles
3. Recklessness
4. Lack of respect

Why is it that these three types of people can never attain liberation?
1. Those who doesn't want to be freed.
2. Those who doesn't stop committing sins.
3. Those who has a heart full of five poisons and impurities.

The 3 reasons as to why we abide by the precepts:
1.Distance ourselves from evil and Negativity
2.To accumulate our positive karma and fortune
3.To benefit all sentient beings

If a cultivator breaks any one of the fourteen fundamental precepts, the sacred relationship (samaya) between the cultivator and the root guru is lost. This means that even if you have taken refuge, you may not receive the blessing from your Root Guru.

The importance of preserving Samaya precepts:
1.Root guru’s empowerment and blessings will continue forever
2.Root Guru and Cultivator becomes one
3.Dharma Protectors will guard and protect the cultivator

White Dakini said:

You should your precepts vows with your life!

Because these vows are the foundations for freeing yourself, freeing yourself is more important than living your life because the number of lives you have is infinite. Only preserving the precepts will allow you to accumulate wealth, merits and wisdom.

有四個因緣,就是犯戒四緣：
一、無知。
二、煩惱熾盛。
三、放逸。
四、不敬。

為什麼有三等人永遠也無法解脫？
一、他根本不想解脫，如：覆碗，無法盛物。
二、他一直在做不如法的事,如：破碗，總是遺漏。
三、他內心充滿了五毒，如：髒碗，總是不淨。

為什麼要守戒,戒律功用有三：
一、遠離一切邪惡非法。
二、攝善聚福證悟如來。
三、利樂一切有情。

行者如有毀壞十四根本戒律,任何一條,都會摧毀真佛行者與師尊之間的神聖關係,也就是使皈依灌頂的行者,徒具皈依灌頂的形式,沒有得到上師及本尊的加持力。

三昧耶戒的重要：
一、根本上師加持力永遠不斷。
二、根本本尊與行者永遠融合為一。
三、根本護法如影隨行護持行者一切事業成就。

白空行母說： 你當用性命來守護誓戒！。 因為誓戒是解脫的根本,解脫比性命更重要,因為來生無限。 唯有守護誓戒才能累積『資糧』、『功德』、『智慧』。
