不過是收錄在單曲〔The House That Jack Built／傑克建的房子〕（US＃６）B面

８月時〔I Say A Little Prayer〕開始被電台播放　獨立成單曲

１０月時拿下美國流行榜＃１０　黑人榜＃３　並拿到百萬金唱片

在英國　〔I Say A Little Prayer〕也幫艾瑞莎拿下當時最高成績　成為她在英國少數的暢銷曲

直到１９８７年富蘭克林與喬治麥可合唱的〔I Knew You Were Waiting（For Me）〕登上冠軍才打破個人原先紀錄

比較華薇克與富蘭克林兩個版本　前者的編曲較為流暢　唱腔也發揮其靈魂特色　起伏頗大

兩者的名氣不相上下
