在疫情衝擊下,傳統行銷無法滿足消費者需求,經濟部中小企業處攜在地平台業者Kpass雄讚打破框架,搭配「2022台灣燈會在高雄」活動,運用AR互動技術與燈會裝飾行銷獲得商家折價券話題搶得商機,探討多樣化AR 的表現形式,提供客戶數位行銷最佳解方。

配合由經濟部中小企業處推動「中小企業行動智慧應用計畫」,搭配Kpass雄讚智慧高雄行動商務導客平台,於2月1日至2月15日推出「華燈初上在高雄」AR活動,民眾只要下載Kpass雄讚APP,至指定的復古風位景點,如「2022台灣燈會在高雄」於駁二藝術特區推出具台灣味的作品「台灣夢」,以建築工地鷹架圓管結構搭建,以及由臺灣霓虹工匠製作的霓虹光管動物造型「鳶尾花動物園Iris Zoo」等,夜間效果鮮明活潑,搭配手機收集畫面上的AR掉落燈籠,即可獲得50元優惠券,可用於線上購買高雄在地伴手禮及好物。

本次活動圍繞充滿歷史與文化的鹽埕區,希望民眾來高雄欣賞燈會時除了拍照打卡外更獲得一些趣味回饋以及實質的優惠折扣,民眾除了玩AR外,也可於平台上下載周邊店家的優惠券,間接促進商家提升業績,並搭配行動支付降低疫情傳染風險。參與計劃的店家表示,因受疫情影響來高雄的觀光客比預期減少,但搭配創意的數位行銷可吸引年輕人,幫助在地店家打造新型態服務模式
