諾盧颱風對台灣的天氣會有影響嗎？氣象專家吳德榮表示，諾盧颱風結構完整，預測路徑顯示，週末將通過呂宋島，因為離台灣有一段距離，因此無直接影響，不過週六、週日將變天，颱風帶來水氣，大台北山區、東部防較大雨勢。

根據定量降水預報來看，吳德榮表示，明（24）日清晨開始，北台灣開始降雨，一路擴展至東部，西半部雖然晴朗，但下午會出現一些零星的午後雨勢。

明日北台灣天氣轉濕涼，氣溫方面，北部19至28度、東部20-32度、中部21-33度、南部22-33度。

吳德榮統整未來天氣概況，週末2天北部、東半部有雨，北台灣天氣轉濕涼，中南部天氣則比較穩定，山區午後有「局部雨」，特別留意東北部會有較大雨勢發生。
