[周刊王CTWANT] 路透社引述消息稱，中國監管部門已向國內基金、券商下達窗口指導，要求在中共二十大前夕及期間維持股票市場穩定，包括禁止大規模的股票賣出和買入。中國A股三大指數昨全線反彈，滬指收盤大漲1.4％至3093點，兩市超過4200支股票收漲，成交額約6662億元（人民幣，下同）。

兩名消息人士指出，中共監管機構近期以電話方式，對部分基金及券商展開窗口指導，要求在二十大前夕及期間，避免進行容易造成市場大幅波動的投資，包括大規模賣出股票。當中一名消息人士說，監管層已要求不要出現異常交易及進行大規模賣出，也包括買入，基本上維持穩定，「（窗口指導）沒有書面的文件，電話打給合規（部門）的」。

一名華東地區的人士表示，有收到窗口指導的口頭通知，但無法評論。另一名掌管百億元規模私募基金的人士說，最近市場並無明顯拋售股票，而近期股市跌幅較為溫和，滬指仍在3000點，不至於需要監管機構通知每一間大型投資機構進行維穩。亦有一間基金公司的法遵部門人士指出，並無接到窗口指導，但在二十大前維穩是公募基金公司的責任。對此，中國證監會、上海證交所、深圳證交所均未回應。

五年一度中共全國代表大會是北京頭等大事，維穩是首要任務。五年前十九大召開前夕也傳出，中國證券監管部門召集幾家大型券商的負責人召開會議，指示他們在十九大之前確保市場的穩定。

當時，據兩家資產管理公司高級管理人士透露，中國證監會還通過窗口指導的非正式指示來實現維持市場穩定的目標，其中包括警告一些主要基金管理機構每個交易日的股票賣出量不得超過買入量。一家總部設在上海的券商的管理人士表示，上交所還要求上海的券商在周末或公共假日期間需有部分人員留守辦公室。
