才剛新婚，沒想到卻要獨守空閨！在中國山東臨沂一名新娘，在結婚第3天就面臨了這樣的情況，新郎因為工作的關係，必須要離家上班。不過當晚，新娘要準備上床睡覺時，掀開棉被，發現「2公尺長的扁擔」竟然就在被窩裡，且還是自己的婆婆放的，讓她當場嚇壞了。

根據陸媒《搜狐新聞》報導，山東臨沂一對新人於今年1月15日結婚，但才恩愛3天，新郎因為工作關係，就得離家上班了，新娘雖然不捨，但也只能「獨守空閨」。不過18日當晚，當她梳洗完，準備要進被窩睡覺的時候，卻被嚇壞了，因為裡頭竟然有一根長達2公尺的扁擔！

原來這根扁擔是婆婆放的，就是要用這根扁擔代替新郎，陪新娘入睡。因為當地習俗，新婚的第一個月，新娘不能單獨睡在床上，而扁擔象徵男人有擔當，因此才會被放進被窩中。新娘透露，自己並非在地人，因此也感到相當詫異，但也尊重習俗，說自己會抱著這根扁擔睡一個月。

對此，許多中國網友也感到相當新奇，但有人解釋，有可能是老一輩的擔心新娘獨守空閨，才放個扁擔防身；還有人說這是婆婆暗示媳婦，不要守不住空閨。
