女明星蓓蒂戴维斯在1948年
曾經主演了一部電影，
就叫做《六月新娘》。
我們暫且就把六月新娘
和美麗的蓓蒂戴维斯連想在一起。

這首歌原是 Burt Bacharach 和 Hal David 所寫 ，
1963年之後有多位歌星灌唱過，
但是以1970年木匠姐弟所灌唱的版本最有名，

在暢銷曲排行榜上高居寶座達四個星期之久。
