Report said the other day nearly 80 US representatives of the house jointly urged the administration that "Taipei Economic and Cultural Office" in DC be changed to "Tawan Representative Office". 

When asked by a DPP legislator about the issue, the "duputy minister" of Foreign Affairs delightly answered that the thing is "under way" in the first place, and Taiwan would like to express its appreciation and welcome to such a proposal.  But on the very next day, the deputy minister did not stick to his former words, and said the move is a long-term task, and there is no positive schedule is confirmed for the time being . 

Well, what DPP administration has long been doing toward Taidu is a kind of "salami slicing" tactic.  But just be careful not to cut your finger someday, somehow.
