We all know some women are liable to tell white lies to protect themselves and others, and that is acceptable.  But anyone who tends to tell blatant lies (constantly) is totally unacceptable at all.  When being asked does she recognize Yang Huiru, that Wonky Cai stammered out a negative answer in public, despite many telltale evidences having been found that they had known each other pretty well.  (If she said Ms Yang is just one of her ordinary acquaintances, I guess most of islanders would accept such a statement, reluctantly.)
