| Be alert! dentist Yuans family in IL sued many victims
Just saw a new usa myth created. when i married our neighbour came by had a chat that he told me his parents and him were dentists, came from taiwan. He seemed quite friendly so we would like to be his patients but he declared he didnt have office but his fater in westmont. so we went there for my spouse bad tooth and me to clean teeth, however the neighbour was never there so became his father patients. i am quite careful type so we paied what was told in advance(they told us accept our insurance would file claims for us, i didnt know usa medical related system, nor spouse) and asked for recipts then his mom declared their assistant were on vacation,sick.. but i still request one then she told me their printer was malfunction but she would mail to us which we never received i called couple times she kept this and that excuses. i felt unconfortable and told spouse quit but he told me if he visit another dentist it would redo everything. when i told the neighbour he told me its not his business, we have to directly talk to his parents. the final i made a call, the mom was scream in the phone then we got her lawyer mail to sue us. and obviously they didnt file claims to our insurance company so can charge whatever they wanted, my spouse told me just pay again. i cant accept it so visited dupage county court because i believed we are not the only victims so spent days to dig out their files and found many. one of the white female also got sued and the court date before us, so i attended her court sue. then i talked to her and we exchanged our phone number. later i called her and she told me she did file claim to ILL state professional dept but was told she was the 1st case so they wont help. she also told me she contacted their assistant and was told cant help because signed working agreement when she got job. when its our court date she also attended to support us. we met other chinese in westmont taiwan-related seminar and met a couple just lived in the I-care seniors apartment(Illinois Chinese-American Residence for the Elderly). we visited the couple and was told many live in I-care apartment suffered the similar scam included victims kids. every victim lost lots money(some more than $10,000, ours thousands) and each year they were forced to work to prepare and attend the activity to pleas IL officers, mayor including their lawyer. i was told one of their son became gay and the parent deserved it. due to many chinese victims can image their kids wont have any friendships from neighbours, church, school... they also told me about their assitant had a fair with dentist(neighbour father) because the mom fired her and wont pay her salary so she sued them and got good money (she knew more scam) thats why we never saw their assistant in office. when i asked them why so many victims in I-care included their kids? they told us because the couple collected their partially renting fee from IL government program, their kids tried to please the couple as return their help them to apply. the dentists family is notorious in chinese circle. Later when we mentioned in chinese activities what we suffered they all laught that i knew too litlle so became victims. the 1st day in the court we were adviced by the judge to contact their lawyer. i did their lawyer never picked up phone. in the meantime i faxed to ILL officer a listing about be sued victims and when a female officer finally contacted me i also suggested her to visit vitims in I-care seniors apartment, many victims didnt know they can file claims(most cant speak english) to government myself spent lots time to report in BBB(was told they dont handle dentists-related cases but try dentists associated organization, i did find and mail(email?) but never got response. Later i found out dentists pay why would the organization help us but lose dentist joined and paied the fee? until met the white victim. the officer did visit dentist but never met me or other victims and then the case closed. all i spent lots time, calling, faxed many pages are useless and wasted money. ps from we got sued till the white victim told me which government takes pity victims claims and the officer finally contacted me, its really not enough time for new comer or immigration to get help and defend themselves in the court. once the court sentenced thats it this is why so many victims and usa government didnt help at all, they did very little in stead of dig out the crimes and stop it. ps i aslo suffered physical theorpist scandal all i got is the officer told me dont pay but then millions threaton phone calls and mails we received. we still paied whatever charged because didnt want to go thru another court sue. we cant hire professional lawyer because was told its not worth and the lawyer has no interesting unless we willing to pay lots money and remind us its really not worth again. My spouse told me this is why he would rather pay whatever charge, it is the way usa is. now we have to pay court and their lawyer fee. in taiwan i never was sued, just came to usa immediately got sued as victim. recently just saw the gay issued a book i bet he wont tell the truth how he became but with his mom to make huge easy money without hard working. the neighbour did tell me about they frequently moved (they moved naperville just couple years earlier than my spouse). when i told him we would like to be his patients his mom did visit us, the 1st sentence came out from her mouth was "we were not chinese as immigrated". i felt weird but didnt know i should be alert. we already became their target without knowing. ps she(Angela Yuan) has been highly involved with Bible Study Fellowship International, serving in leadership for more than thirteen years, and was a part of the pioneering team invited by the Chinese communist government to start BSF in Beijing. --because i saw it so post my bad experiences paper here. suggest china people be aware, any chinese-america from usa especially came from taiwan, the best way is to dig out where they live or offcice county court files. if many chinese were sued then must have reasons. i dont know how long the court kept files. i was told by the officer some in my listing are quite earlier. when she visited also invited us attended their church nearby our house. we went once. when mom and me joined chinese activities was told thats how the white female who married chinese met the dentist in church and became victim. ps i also saw the neighbour got dentist office in Naperville, i bet when he was our neighbour without telling us why he cant be our dentists. i would say he didnt have licence not because didnt have office. |
