考生活力早餐

台大醫院雲林分院營養師劉玉來設計7種抵抗壓力、符合考生需要的     
早餐,避免讓孩子常用外食高脂、高糖、低密度營養的早餐。          
                                                                
考生活力早餐                                                    
                                                                
1高鈣、高維生素B活力飯糰、木瓜牛奶:木瓜一顆、牛奶2杯+開水      
                                                                
●材料:紅蘿蔔五穀飯內餡:小黃瓜丁、杏仁碎粒、絞肉 (調味)、     
蛋丁 (調味)                                                     
                                                                
★備註:飯可以前一天煮好放在保溫鍋中,就會節省時間              
                                                                
2.彩蔬春捲、水果、糙米漿鮮奶                                    
                                                                
●材料:                                                        
                                                                
玉米筍、蘆筍、玉米片、葡萄乾、高麗菜絲、紅蘿蔔絲、紫菜皮)-(     
捲緊的直徑6公分)                                                
                                                                
★備註:上述材料可在前一天準備好放保鮮盒中備用。                
                                                                
3.乳酪手捲、芝麻牛奶、水果                                      
                                                                
●材料:全麥春捲皮、乳酪、苜蓿芽、蘋果絲、紫高麗菜、豆干、蛋    
皮                                                              
                                                                
★備註:全麥春捲皮沒用完放凍箱微波半分鐘即可                    
                                                                
4.天下一品飯壽司、鮮果優格莎拉                                  
                                                                
●材料:黃豆、糙米、白飯 (醋糖):內餡:紅蘿蔔、四季豆、杏仁     
碎粒、豆乾絲 (先魯過)、雞絲 (去皮煮好後抹鹽)                    
                                                                
★備註:飯可以前一天煮好放在保溫鍋中,就會節省時間              
                                                                
5.紫菜捲薄餅、水果、鮮奶布丁                                    
                                                                
●材料:紫菜皮、全麥春捲皮、蛋絲、萵苣、金珍菇、葡萄乾          
                                                                
6.營養刈包、水果、優酪乳                                        
                                                                
材料:瘦肉片半斤調味炒過、萵苣葉切片 (半個刈包大小)、牛番茄     
片、小黃瓜片、花生粉、糖粉                                      
                                                                
★備註:刈包沒吃完也需放凍箱在微波1分鐘                         
                                                                
7香菇紫菜羹-                                                    
                                                                
●材料:紫菜30g、芥菜末100g香菇30g沙拉油5g素高湯200g糖10g太     
白粉40g蛋1顆                                                    
                                                                
做法:                                                          
                                                                
(1).髮菜泡水洗淨,香菇泡水切絲。                                
                                                                
(2).起鍋爆香(少由)香菇,加入水、高湯、調味料等。                
                                                                
(3)待水滾加髮菜、莧菜莫,用太白粉水勾芡即可。                   
                                                                
★備註:若蛋奶素者,此道菜建議加入蛋和牛奶製成的牛奶豆腐,以    
補充素食者物缺乏之營養素。                                      
                                                                
考生茶飲                                                        
                                                                
1.「考生提神茶」-天麻、遠志、麥冬、玄參、枸杞                   
                                                                
2.「杞菊明目茶」枸杞子三錢、小朵菊花二錢、決明子三錢、桑椹子    
  三錢、紅棗二錢,以六百西西開水沖泡,用以減輕眼睛乾澀500c.c    
                                                                
3.檸檬2個薄菏茶20公克-安神500c.c                                
                                                                
4.迷迭香2兩薄菏1兩-增進記憶幫輕微憂鬱症、因疲勞的頭痛500.c.c
