生物統計分析英翻中

Statistical analyses were performed using the Wilcox-on-rank sum test, and p-values of less than 0.05 were considered statistically significant.

統計分析則使用威爾克森檢定以及低於0.05P值檢定,用於統計的顯著性的考慮。


Results and discussion
In the present study, EGCG , the active component of green tea, was found to cause significant human hair follicle elongation ex vivo. EGCG at 0.1 or 1μM induced hair follicle elongation by 123.0±9.0% and 121.6±7.1% compared with the vehicle-treated controls, respectively. Hair growth was significantly enhanced by EGCG at 5μM by 181±15.8%(p
0.05). Moreover, in the concentration range 0.01 to 0.5μM EGCG enhanced the proliferation of human DPCs in vitro in a dose-dependent manner (p0.05)(Fig.1).

結果和討論

在借助中,綠茶的活性成份GCG經發現將造成人體毛髮濾泡明顯變長。EGCG 0.1 1μM者,則引發毛髮濾泡變長123.0±9.0%,相較於促進因子控制者則增長121.6±7.1%。毛髮生長則明顯的受到EGCG/5Μm的影響,生長率為181±15.8%(p0.05)。但在0.01 0.5μM EGCG的濃度範圍中,則會在實驗中,無關測試劑量的情況下,促進人體DPC的增殖(p0.05)(1)
