《不要提前焦慮，順其自然就好！》
一大早被這段話治癒了：
不要提前焦慮，也不要預知煩惱，生活就是見招拆招，日落歸山海，山海藏深意，回頭看看你已經不知不覺挺過了很多磨難，練出了一邊崩潰一邊自癒的你，該經歷不該經歷的都已經經歷了，該忍受的不該忍受的都已經吞下了。
 天大的事情，順其自然，也不過如此。
人生不過三萬天，該老就得老，該走就得走！
生命如此短暫，我們沒有時間焦慮，焦慮只會讓自己更加痛苦，陷入泥潭，不得前行，陷入陰雲，不見天日，心理失衡，身體生病，讓自己雪上加霜，與其焦慮擔心，不如點亮一盞心燈，在山窮水盡時，尋找峰迴路轉，善惡悲喜，一念執着，萬般皆苦，一念放下，便是重生。
 人要有翻篇的能力，不依不饒就是畫地為牢，困不住別人，卻困得住自己。這個世界上沒有真正快樂的人，只有想得開的人。
除了生老病死，你所感受到的痛苦，都是你的價值觀帶來的，而非真實的存在。你若想開了，就會去尋找出路，萬物都有缺口，那是陽光照過來的地方。
難過歸難過，生活歸生活，關關難過關關過，事事難熬事事熬，你若不壞不懶也不傻，如果事與願違，那一定是另有安排，所有失去的都會以另一種方式歸來。
 永遠都不要提前焦慮，也不要預知煩惱，更不要被當下的情緒所消耗。你只需要好好的享受當下就好。
允許一切發生，存在即合理，接納即消散！焦慮是對自己的懲罰，無常的事情太多了，天大的事情，順其自然，也不過如此。
昨天沒有做得很好，沒關係，至於還沒到來的明天，明天再說吧，只要在正確的方向，一直努力就好。
 人在最有魅力的時候，那就是你不關心周圍的一切人和事，也不關心別人的評價和看法。我不在乎我是否存在，永遠有自己的節奏，這也是放鬆感的來源。
不論你財富多寡，你若在每一個當下，因上努力，果上隨緣，心有明月，靜若蓮花，才是真正的富貴，才是真正的頂級。
