家有老伴第一寶，
白頭到老貼心襖。
少年夫妻老來伴 ，
呼喚一聲馬上到。
粗茶淡飯不嫌棄，
知冷知熱離不了。
 家有老窩第二寶，
遮風擋雨不能少。
父母家是子女家，
子女家非父母巢。
偶爾住住也還行，
長期吃住可不好。
 家有老本第三寶，
過好生活少不了。
自己花錢別太摳，
省吃儉用沒必要。
兒有不如自己有，
等到最後才可交。
 老來健康第四寶，
革命本錢最重要。
身體才是真財富，
自我照顧有依靠。
每天鍛鍊把步跑，
心情舒暢壽自高。
 老來同學第五寶，
一定要把同學找。
聚會喝酒常活動，
品茶聊天寂寞拋。
網絡賴恩常交流，
情誼使得夕陽好。
 老來老友第六寶，
東南西北聯繫好。
身板硬朗常聚會，
天南地北無際聊。
賴恩終日能見面，
戰友情誼忒重要。
 老來快樂第七寶，
每天都要笑一笑。
唱歌跳舞去旅遊，
老了更要湊熱鬧。
開拓眼界長知識，
讀書閲人無窮妙。
 耳順眼順脾氣好，
此乃老年第八寶。
老少幾代同堂聚，
少作評論不嘮叨。
兒孫自有兒孫福，
順其自然心少操。
 老年有了這八寶，
生活順暢不煩惱。
心情舒暢身體好，
有滋有味夕陽笑。
各位老友要記牢，
比那神仙還逍遙。
