68 Seconds

Not because you need 30 days. You could do it in 68 seconds
 if you could, once you did it, hold your vibration there, but
you have to consciously make that decision." - Abraham-Hicks

Every morning you said to yourself that "I care about how
I feel and it is my desire to feel good. Do this several
segments through the day. "

You feel angry because you feel powerless. Nothing is
 more important than the way you feel. Nothing is more
important than that I feel good. Now I am going to find
the best feeling thought from where I am.  You will find
one best feeling thought, then another, then another....
When you find it on one subject, you will be able to find
on another subject, and another....You clean up your vibration.
Until you become self-acceptance that good thing comes to you.
 
"Seventeen seconds of focus that is not contradicted is
equivalent to over 2,000 action hours. Only twice that,
34 seconds of non-contradicted thought, is equivalent
to 20,000 action hours. Add another 17 seconds to it and
you can multiply by ten again. 68 seconds of non-contradicted
thought is equivalent to more action hours than you could
work in ten life times." - Abraham-Hicks
