If you like pizza night, fall flavors, and curry then this pizza is for you. My favorite Greek yogurt crust is topped with pumpkin curry sauce, two cheeses and lots of veggies ultherapy.
While it may be #Pumpkin Week here on the blog, in real life it is #OhioEggs week as I am galavanting around Columbus this week with a wonderful group of bloggers learning all there is to know about eggs you beauty. In the mean time, back to the pumpkin! Today marks day 3 of #PumpkinWeek hosted by Terri from Love and Confections you beauty. I decided to take the savory route with my recipe today and just in case you thought I’ve already covered every pizza topping known to man, I got a little wild. I used pumpkin puree blended with a little olive oil and curry powder as the sauce and topped it with Mozzarella, cheddar, onion, cauliflower, broccoli, red bell pepper. Pretty simple, and pretty dang delicious.
