All the life people try hard to get the recognitions from others

We like to be agreed

But we keep saying "NO" to ourselves

We dare not to try something beyond our imagination

We dare not to try something is out of our comfort zone

Because we are afraid of hearing

" Ha, you are a loser, you can't do it, how stupid you are"

But before trying, we give up automatically because of having no confidence and no trust on ourselves.
