Yeah, I got extra income. What a lovely surprise!!

I did the proof reading for my professor who took me as his case study teacher in his research “國小英語專家教師學科教學知識”

The professor paid me 10000 for the proof reading which surprised me a lot due to the reason that I didn't expect to have such high pay, but I did stay up late until 3 o’clock for three days and read word by word. Besides, I learn a lot from this unique experience of translation. Especially, I am the case teacher.(我是這份研究的研究對象)研究對象，還有高額獎金真是幸福啊！！訪談時，老師付給我1000元，且送我USB！！

當他請我做校稿時，只說會付我校稿費。然而，今天他的研究助理告訴我，他比照翻譯社的行情一個字0.8 dollars！

Actually, it is really a marvelous experience. Although it is tiring, I even got sick. I had a fever after finishing the PROOF reading. However, this unique experience lets me realize one simple truth, “Health is more important than wealth. Lots of time, my will is stronger than my physical condition.

Since I promise someone something, I just try my best to do it even though I have to sacrifice something invisible. On the other hand, I learn from this incident which is “I still need to learn how to treat myself nicely and love myself more day after day.” Besides, it is still nice to know one thing for sure “Whenever I have a desire to do something, I will realize my wish without problems.” The bottom line is " Whether I have the desire or not" Haha, my happiness comes from “有願就有力” Just like an old saying, “ When there is a will, there is a way.” I am truly proud of myself because I am always trying so hard to experience something new. Moreover, once I know where my objective is, I just go ahead without hesitation. Before I did the proof reading, I never translated something professional except for the abstract for one friend of mine. My happy principle right here is “Never underestimate your ability of trying something new." “Don’t worry and be happy.”

But maybe all I need right now is find some time to take a rest and visit a garden with blooming sunflowers.
