KIWC姊妹們 平安

今年初新冠肺炎疫情恐懼不安， 2020年驚險曲折的一年我們確幸安全度過了，甚至全球最長壽的舞台劇歌劇魅影，在疫情衝擊下，唯一如期能來台4度演出，欣慰之餘亦是全國人民謹守戴口罩勤洗手創佳績。在此溫馨提醒政府防疫政策各位還是要持續貫徹，理監事團隊感謝大家鼓勵與支持，希望明年會更好。

 11月25日舉辦的168健康講座，大家聽得專注，會中頻頻發問，健康斷食法很重要16小時禁食加上8小時進食，很有效控制熱量，方法用對亦可減重又保有健康的身體，如此受益良多課程難能可貴感恩。

 12月聖誕鈴聲響起聖誕老人腳步近了，溫馨浪漫聖誕佳節來臨了，K I W C理監事精心製作賞心悅目晚會表演，現場樂團演奏勁歌熱舞美麗夜晚，12月23日等你大駕光臨。

Dear KIWC Sisters,

2020 has certainly been an unprecedented year filled with anxiety and gloom due to the worldwide pandemic. Fortunately, the Taiwanese people have stayed rather safe and healthy with our perseverance and self-discipline. We appreciate everyone’s effort and let’s hope for a brighter year of 2021.

We have learned about the benefits of intermittent fasting at the Health Workshop in November. As jingle bells are ringing and telling us it’s near Christmas, we look forward to celebrating the year end with everyone at an amazing party with great performance and cheerful vibes!
