Now we sold one house, it means we will have one house only for the rest of our life.

House is good for the capital gain when you sell it for the multiple times of the original value but the regular rental return is low.  Also the capital gain tax is high too.

Selling one house to secure 3 apartments with which monthly rental is twice more than the house.

Thats why I prefer the apartment in order to get paid every month.
