I guess that you may not want to show bias against mum or dad so you distanted yourself not only from mum but also from your dad. I guess so because your dad has become very moody from time to time. He always believed that you walked away from me, not from him.
You used to be your dads buddy, werent you? It appears to me that the bond like buddy has gone.
Darling, as intelligent as you are, dont you see your value? you are the hope of the family. You are the comfort of dad and mum. You may not need the comfort from the parents any more, but they need you.
Without seeing our hope, our life will soon dry up. You bet.
