ha. my waist to hip ratio now offically below 0.7.......25/36=0.694444444

weight reduced to 55.3kg .....WoW..WWW

after i reach my new record, now my new goal is reduce waist line not weight number.

as what if my weight is low, but not at a good shape, is still not Good Enough~

Amazing body shape is much more important than weight number.........
