精靈詩 /
月光從花兒與玫瑰上漸漸消退了 星星也一顆接著一顆轉為暗淡
故事被述說著，歌曲被傳唱著，
那童話盛宴已經結束了。
晚風搖動沉睡的花朵，
且對著他們唱出輕柔的低吟。
早起的鳥兒不久將醒轉：
是精靈該離去的時候了。
於是我們安靜地越過沉睡的地球， 那是凡人肉眼所看不見的，
我們傳送甜蜜的夢境，有如輕舟浮動般
穿越寂靜的月光星空；——
星星用柔和的眼睛可看，
花兒也知道，
節慶是由我們所舉辦，故事是由我們所傳述 ；
是精靈該離去的時候了。
聽從鳥、花與蜜蜂， 我們從這些課程而得到教導
並用溫和的行為追求，以獲取
每一個充滿愛的朋友。
雖然看不見我們同住在地球上，
卻有著甜美的聲音低迴著，
我們精靈所到之處，
溫柔的心最受愛戴歡呼。
當下次我們相遇在童話森林的時候， 但願銀色柔和的月光
和現在一樣地，照耀在每一張精靈的臉龐，
也照耀著精靈們的內心。
現在你們展開每個羽翼，朝著東方的天空飛翔
很快地就會與陽光一同絢爛
明亮的晨星將照亮我們的歸途
晨星須照亮我們回家：
再見 ！小精靈該走了。

宛如一個愛情故事 只對我招呼
The moonlight fades from flower and rose And the stars dim one by one;
The tale is told, the song is sung,
And the Fairy feast is done.
The night-wind rocks the sleeping flowers,
And sings to them, soft and low.
The early birds erelong will wake:
‘T is time for the Elves to go.
O’er the sleeping earth we silently pass, Unseen by mortal eye,
And send sweet dreams, as we lightly float
Through the quiet moonlit sky;–
For the stars’ soft eyes alone may see,
And the flowers alone may know,
The feasts we hold, the tales we tell;
So’t is time for the Elves to go.
From bird, and blossom, and bee, We learn the lessons they teach;
And seek, by kindly deeds, to win
A loving friend in each.
And though unseen on earth we dwell,
Sweet voices whisper low,
And gentle hearts most joyously greet
The Elves where’er they go.
When next we meet in the Fairy dell, May the silver moon’s soft light
Shine then on faces gay as now,
And Elfin hearts as light.
Now spread each wing, for the eastern sky
With sunlight soon shall glow.
The morning star shall light us home:
Farewell! for the Elves must go.
