| By an old drinking well on the grass so green 在如茵綠草的水井旁 I lay down and fell into a dream 我躺了下來並進入了夢鄉 By a strange mellow sound from a silver eyed bird 有著銀色眼睛的鳥兒發出了奇異柔和的聲音 I opened my eyes but said no word 我睜開眼睛但不發一語 On the pathway came walking a woman so bold 一位英勇的女人順著小徑來到 Behind her in silence went the old 老人無聲地跟著 Ahead ran the children with joyful cries 一群孩子帶著開心的叫喊聲跑來跑去 Their faces were lifted to the skies 他們的臉仰望著天空 The woman's hair was raven and black as the night 女人的頭髮就像覆蓋著點點星光的黑夜般烏黑亮麗 Covered with stars shining bright 當他們經過了水井 As they passed by the well I saw that their eyes Were flaming like many coloured ice 我看到他們的眼睛閃爍有如色彩繽紛的鑽石 They passed by the well like a breeze pure and clean 他們的經過像微風一樣純淨而一塵不染 Soon they were nowhere to be seen 須臾間他們已不見人影 When I woke up alone on the grass so green 當我自綠草上醒來 I looked into the well to catch the dream 我向著水井裡看 試著抓住那個夢 The water was rising and I felt a chill 井水正上升著 而我卻感受到一絲絲寒意 I willed the water to be still 我使勁讓水面保持靜態 There was a face in the mirror like a face out of time 這時有一張古老的臉出現在水面上 The eyes held a shimmery shine 他的眼神閃爍 There was a face in the mirror 有一張臉出現在水面上 and the face wasn't mine 且是一張不屬於我的臉 The eyes held a shimmery shine 眼神閃爍 |
