Behaving and conducting well is a filial duty too,

because it can manifest the goodness of one’s parents.

品學兼優又非常有禮貌；很乖、又聽話。或許爸媽很忙，根本沒有時間管教他，但是他自己做得好，人家看到他，就稱讚父母親真會教育子女啊！

For example, if you are excellent in character and learning,

being polite and docile in demeanor, maybe your parents

are too busy to teach you about that,

yet compliments will still go to your parents.

It is also a kind of filial piety!
