現在你明白大道的可貴，想要趕快去做；

Now you understand Tao is supreme and precious,

you should put it into your daily practice.

也知道自己有很多不好的習性，想要趕快改掉，

Break away from your bad habits and refine ill temper.

但畢竟你們還是凡夫俗子，所以要先勉強行之。

As a person, maybe you have to force yourself at present.

當你到達聖人的境界「不勉而中」時，那你時時刻刻所想所做的，舉手投足所行出來的念、行、口、意、身，就能全部合乎中道了。

Wait until you attain the state of sainthood, then you can do it

spontaneously and your thoughts, behavior, together with your

words will all conform to Tao.

如果你能達到聖人這樣的境界，那就是你明白上天「無為之德，廣被眾生」的大德，所以要讓你的心提昇起來，

You will realize Heaven’s great virtue for the entire sentient beings ---

“selflessness” and “mercifulness”.

除了勉強行之，還要循序漸進去做。

With a view to this state, you must enhance your mind,

maybe forcing yourself and really take proper steps to make it.
