IKEA 的亷價品售後不准退换
我六月一日從IKEA outl買了一張皮長沙發、交貨是
六月30日、單價us$695送貨搬運費us$80、交貨日
我發現舊沙發在合約上未明文規定何方負責處理、我
與內子年亊以高'無力搬運,請IKEA 協助搬運到大厦樓下、
想不到IKEA 大公司很大牌不答應、既不退錢、也不
協助搬運到大厦樓下丶亊情很僵、倆日本母女不知
該如何處理、取消訂單損失貨款吧,我說等等“讓
我用英文交渉"

"This is xxxxxx speaking. I understand the situation.
let me explain. The rules say that discount item that
all sales are final without return and/or exchange
with another items.However, please note the real
situration in this matter.
 1. We are senier and are
incapable to move big funiture. For that we request
that delivery personel be asked to do a little bit extra
job. We are willing to foot the bill whatever necessary.

2. If you insist on rules of your company, please pass
on my following message to your president:
" I have conducted business for more than 40 years. I
know the rules. If you think that your company can get
away with money I have paid by credit card, then he
must think twice before doing it. In 3 weeks if I fail in
receiving the full refund to my credit, your company will
face the criminal charge;i.e. *fraud*(欺詐). Please understand
that without signing actual receipt of the merchemdize,
I am not in total possesion of the sold sofa. The rules of law
is provided with evidence. Where is the sofa? Think about
before you proceed. That is my answer to this matter."

Ikea called yesterday and promised helping us move the
old sofa before delivery. That is end of the story.
